Audit Guarantee Terms & Policy

1. The Guarantee Scope

AuditShield AI guarantees that the 34 regulatory markdown policies, AWS Terraform baseline modules, and Python evidence collectors included in the Complete Sovereign Vault ($3,499) and Enterprise Multi-Cloud ($7,499) suites satisfy all AICPA Trust Services Criteria (SOC 2 Criteria CC1.1 through CC9.2) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Annex A controls.

2. Conditions of Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, Customer must satisfy the following straightforward engineering conditions:

• Full Implementation: Deploy the delivered Terraform baseline modules (or equivalent controls) across all production cloud accounts in scope.
• Policy Adoption: Adopt and ratify the 34 required security and governance policies without deleting mandatory security clauses (such as MFA enforcement, annual KMS key rotation, or least-privilege IAM rules).
• Accredited Auditor Examination: Undergo examination conducted by a licensed, accredited independent CPA public accounting firm (such as Schellman, A-LIGN, Prescient Assurance, Johanson Group, or Big 4).

3. Remediation & 100% Refund Resolution

In the unlikely event an independent CPA firm issues an audit finding or exception identifying a gap in our standard policies or Terraform baselines:

• Tier 1 Remediation: Our DevSecOps engineering team will draft and provide custom corrective policies or Terraform patches within 72 hours at zero additional cost.
• Full Refund: If the auditor finding cannot be resolved or remediated, AuditShield AI will promptly refund 100% of the software license purchase price directly to Customer's original payment method.
